Job Overview :
APMSRB is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Data Scientist to support data-driven decision-making across healthcare services and medical administration. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling techniques to transform complex healthcare data into actionable insights that improve public health outcomes and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collect, clean, and analyze large healthcare datasets from multiple sources.
* Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to support healthcare planning and resource allocation.
* Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders and management.
* Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
* Collaborate with IT teams, healthcare professionals, and administrators to implement data solutions.
* Design and maintain data pipelines for efficient data processing and reporting.
* Ensure data quality, integrity, privacy, and compliance with applicable regulations.
* Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior management.

Required Qualification
* M.Sc/M.Tech or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of Python, R, SQL, and data analytics tools.
* Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or PyTorch.
* Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
* Understanding of statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and data mining techniques.
* Knowledge of database management systems and cloud platforms is desirable.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :
* Experience working with healthcare, public health, or government datasets.
* Knowledge of AI-driven healthcare applications.
* Familiarity with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark.
