Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Machining Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machining equipment used in the production of automotive components. The role requires adherence to quality standards, safety procedures, and production targets to ensure efficient manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
* Operate CNC and conventional machining equipment such as lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, and grinding machines.
* Set up machines according to production specifications and work instructions.
* Monitor machine operations to ensure precision and quality of automotive parts.
* Perform routine inspections and measurements using gauges, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
* Identify and report machine malfunctions, defects, or production issues. Conduct basic machine maintenance and cleaning activities.
* Follow production schedules to meet daily output targets. Maintain accurate production and quality records.
* Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
* Collaborate with supervisors and quality control teams to improve manufacturing processes.

Preferred Skills
* Understanding of machining tolerances and quality control procedures.
* Basic knowledge of machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. A
* Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Qualification:
Intermediate, ITI, SSC.

Salary : 1,80,000.
