At a meeting held at the Lions Club in Palamaneru, Chittoor district, the leaders unanimously demanded that BCs be provided with reservations in the legislative assemblies. They demanded that the BC Protection Act be immediately enacted, a sub-quota be provided to BC women in women’s reservations, reservations be given to BC employees in promotions, BC buildings be constructed in every mandal, and BC corporation loans be released immediately. Hari Govindu, Giridhar Murthy, Raghuram, Veerabhadra, Bhaskaraiah Valmiki, Chiranjeevi , Shanmugam, Govindu Srinivasulu, and Ravuri Peddanna participated in this program.
